JWL / Shift Space – an office fitout inspired to carry through the colours of tree canopies from the Reserve next door into the workspace. The overall feel is based on an Industrial look with interesting materials with contrasting textures to create a vibrant and fresh interior to inspire the tenants - from summer to fall.

 

The curved corners along the main circulation route with the green coloured cable tray overhead softens and pulls the user through the different spaces and act way finding elements. Breakout spaces are situated along the circulation route for more private meetings or conversations, while various open office spaces are situated along of the route. Shared meeting rooms are located in the centre of the route. The kitchen is an extension from the office spaces and circulation route which opens up to the Reserve with a covered deck area.

 

Various interior feature elements define spaces and their different functions. Colour and patterns in the carpet design, acoustic wall treatment and the overhead colourful cable tray or suspended ceilings, pull the whole fit out together as an holistic design solution.

 

The flexibility of the spaces lean themselves to create smaller work spaces or larger offices which have shared facilities and meeting rooms. The spaces are relaxed  and funky spaces that are functional, where people want to work and invite their clients as well as their industry consultants and colleagues.
