Salt is a boutique residential development like no other, it has 53 apartments in different sizes, 18 townhouses, and a landscaped village green for residents to enjoy. The development has been designed with a holistic approach to space, light, and comfort. There is a style and tone carried throughout the development, however, there is a notable difference between each block which can be seen through the construction methods and layouts. A development like this does not come without challenges, because of the size and construction method, the team at iLine Construction had to deliver high-end residential quality homes within a commercial construction budget. Salt was designed to create a community within a shared area while providing private spaces within homes.
