The vision of Luxridge from the outset was to create a new benchmark for high end inner city apartment living in Tauranga and create an innovative architectural and urban design solution on this unique site. The space planning adopts open plan living with volume and height to ensure the interiors are bathed with natural daylight and become an extension of the large covered outdoor living spaces and surrounding vistas.

 

With the inclusion of luxury amenity usually reserved for penthouses or standalone houses, the clients decided to add butlers’ pantries and en-suites to all bedrooms and these have been included in every apartment layout. In addition to this level A provides for generous on site storage units, a communal gym, and a small number of standalone spaces for home offices and additional breakout, each with their own deck overlooking the estuary.
