With the rapid growth of population in Tauranga, the needs of medical facilities have highly increased to serve local communities. The local doctor's group has approached CBC group to find an architect to design their new medical centre, that is not too far from where they are currently based. The site is on fifteenth avenue, which is one of the busiest roads in Tauranga which has high public profile and access.

The new facility will accommodate 4 doctors consultant rooms, 2 AP rooms, and a number of naturopath rooms and support spaces for the staff. The tenant specifically wanted a friendly and comfortable building, which reflected their philosophy on Health. The use of natural materials, such as an abstract timber screen for green climbers and a warm interior feel reflect this client vision
