First principles were approched to create a destination office for the Tauranga team of Foster Construction ltd on an industrial site overlooking tauranga Harbour.

The result was of a gleaming white upper ACM clad box protruding from a lower ground of dark nuwall cladding. The entry facade overhangs with solid caldding for branding plaecment while the north overlooking tauranga harbour is dominated by high windows and deck to make the most of the stunning views.

The interiors are fresh with white painted steel structure and exposed timber ceilings, along with pops of colour to identify feature zones within the space.
