Concept & Preliminary design were completed for this project under the project "one Selwyn". The concept included 33 apartments of varying sizes with 4 levels above Selwyn street and 3 levels as semi basement. 

Unfortunately the client passed away before his vision could come to fruition however the project has continued and is now the "Luxridge Apartments" development. Click on the link here to see more about this project.
