The PMG head office fitout at 46 Spring Street was part of a larger internal renovation to create three new tenancies within an existing building.

The fitout introduces a welcoming reception, boardroom and meeting spaces. The existing space featured a number of large structural columns throughout which had to be carefully navigated to create an open and connected office. To help define the front-of-house areas from the open-plan workspace, the existing ceiling grid was retained and repurposed. Timber panelling was also introduced throughout to add warmth, create focal points and bring a natural element into the space.
