Alyeska is a new mixed-use development on Tawa Street, featuring a unique patchwork screen for practical shading and aesthetic appeal. The development includes spaces for retail, office, warehouse, and a gym. The architectural design integrates movement and interest through its facade. The collaboration included architecture by First Principles Architects and Interiors, and construction by Form Construction.
