The Mooring re-established the street with a series of terraced facades. Emphasis is put on the vertical nature of each terrace unit contrasting solid walls against recessed balconies.
Even though the three bedroom apartments are 95m2 in area they have a feeling of spaciousness. This is achieved through a combination of sliding walls and bi-fold doors, with the living area, master bedroom and deck able to be opened up and connected one space.
