Salt Contemporary Living is a multi residential community with a variety of 53 apartments of different sizes and 18 town houses in 5 different Blocks and a Café.

 

These are carefully designed in close proximity to each other whilst being sensitive to scale, privacy and street appeal. The main access meanders through the Village and has been designed as a lush landscaped streetscape with shared vehicular and pedestrian access typical of a "mews living street".

Completed in 2020 this project has quickly become notable in the region for it's strong community atmosphere and strong sense of place, receiving outstanding feedback from residents, visitors and the general public. At the official opening the Mayor referred to Salt. as an exemplar solution for medium density residential developments.
