First Principles Architects were approached to propose a masterplan for a mixed use development in Omokoroa, Western Bay of Plenty.

The proposal took into account the locality of the site and the green atomsphere of Omokoroa as a town and has focused the plan on 2 central landscape zones. These serve both as focal points of the environment and as pleasant spaces for the surronding residential areas.

The Village accomodates for a mixture of Retail, Medical, & residential across a site area of 1.7 hectares with pedestrian access to surrounding streets and neighbouring supermarket.
