This authentic Nepalese Indian Restaurant needed to showcase the high quality of the food and the rich culture of the Region in a sophisticated and contemporary way. Rich colours and wallpaper was used on the walls and a modern suspended slatted timber ceiling over blacked out concrete slab. The modern commercial kitchen allows the patrons the opportunity to watch the cooking process through the viewing window between the kitchen and the dining space.
