Excelsa stage 3 is the latest stage of development at the Excelsa centre, Papamoa. This mixed use buidling refecenes the industrial materials and colour scheme of the exsiting stage 2 across golden sands drive while taking inspiration from a more modernist layered pavillion form. The building greets you as you leave Papamoa beach road and forms part of the gateway to golden sands residential development.

The new building  is home to Bluehaven management's head office, as well as Hello Sushi Restaurant, Anytime Fitness Gym, and Coastal Vet animal care.
