Northern Quarter weaves heritage-inspired character alongside new contemporary projects within Tauranga City. Its design blends industrial aesthetic with crafted detailing to create a distinctive landmark that enriches the city’s fabric. The design features brick cladding, tall arched windows, and dark metal cladding. Northern Quarter marks a meaningful step forward for Tauranga’s revitalisation.

The building includes hospitality areas, a conference centre, and three levels of office space with balconies offering harbour views. Semi-basement parking, dedicated bike parking and end of trip facilities encourages sustainable commuting options. The design was awarded a 6 Green Star Design & As Built NZv1.0 Certified Design Rating.
