Recently completed is one of the most important contemporary buildings coming to the Mount Maunganui town centre, forming a main frontage to the new public Phoenix Plaza & Events space.

The ground floor is a mixture of retail, restaurants and bars with a 6m wide glazed verandah for outdoor dining, providing essential acitivity to the plaza fringe. The lower level restaurants are linked to the upper level bars and fine dining which have the flexibility to open up the exterior with full height glazed bi-folds.
